1. Payment & Order Confirmation
What payment methods are available?
We accept the following payment methods:
- Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Maestro
- PayPal
All payments are processed in GBP (£). If you are purchasing from outside the UK, your bank or payment provider will handle the currency conversion.
How do I know my order has gone through?
Once your payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation email with a unique Databeats order number. If you do not receive it:
- Check your spam/junk folder.
- Log into your account to view order details.
- Contact support@databeats.com if needed.
2. Cancellations & Returns
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. To cancel:
- Contact us at support@databeats.com
- Return the item using a Tracked delivery service within 14 days.
- Refunds will be processed once the item is returned in its original condition.
What is your return policy?
- If the item is damaged or incorrect, we cover return postage.
- If you change your mind, return postage is at your cost.
- Items must be in their original packaging and unworn/unused condition.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
What happens if my parcel is returned due to delivery issues?
- If a parcel is returned due to non-collection, incorrect address, or courier issues, we will automatically issue a refund for the cost of the item(s) (excluding shipping fees).
- Customers will be notified via email and can place a new order if they still want the item(s).
What if my item arrives damaged?
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@databeats.com and provide clear photographic evidence of the damage.
3. Delivery & Undelivered Items
What delivery services do you use?
- UK: Royal Mail (non-trackable) & DHL (trackable for large/heavy items).
- International: Royal Mail International Standard (non-trackable) or DHL (trackable for larger orders).
How long will delivery take?
- UK: 1-3 working days (up to 21 days in rare cases).
- International: 5-14 working days (up to 35 days for some destinations).
What if my order has not arrived?
- Contact us within 40 days of dispatch to report non-delivery.
- If your parcel is marked as ‘delivered’ by a tracked service, disputes must be raised with the courier.
- We will contact the courier and attempt to locate your parcel, doing everything we can to resolve the issue.
4. Pre-Orders
- Pre-order release dates are subject to change. We will try to inform customers of delays.
- If you suspect a delay, check the Orders Page in your account for updates.
- Pre-orders ship on or just before the official release date.
- If your basket contains pre-orders and regular items, your order will be held until all items are available.
5. Privacy
- We comply with UK GDPR.
- Your personal information is only used for order processing and customer service.
- We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
6. VAT & International Orders
Will I be charged VAT if I live outside the UK?
- Our prices are the same for all customers, regardless of location.
- VAT applies to orders within the UK and the EU (where applicable).
- For non-EU customers, VAT is not charged, but you may need to pay import duties upon delivery.
Are additional taxes or duties charged on international orders?
- Databeats is not responsible for any additional customs taxes or import duties imposed by your country.
- If you are unsure about potential charges, check with your local customs office before placing an order.
7. Sustainability & Packaging
- We strive to make all packaging recyclable where possible and continuously review our practices to improve sustainability.
- We are actively exploring eco-friendly packaging solutions.
