Welcome to Databeats, a trading name of Straight Six Ltd. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. These do not affect your statutory rights.

Definitions:
'Buyer' means any person who purchases Goods from the Seller;
'Seller' means Straight Six Ltd, trading as Databeats;
'Goods' means the products available for sale on our website;
'Contract' means the agreement for the sale and purchase of Goods;
'Writing' includes emails and digital communication.

3.1

Orders & Acceptance:
- All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
- An order confirmation email will be sent, but this does not constitute order acceptance.
- The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or stock unavailability.
- The Buyer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of order details before submission.

4.1

Pricing & Payment:
- Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
- Payment must be made in full at checkout using accepted payment methods (credit/debit cards, PayPal).
- If payment is not received or reversed after order confirmation, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

5.1

Cancellations & Returns:
- Orders may be cancelled within **14 days of receipt** by notifying us in Writing.
- Certain items, such as digital downloads, event tickets, and unsealed audio/video media, are non-refundable unless faulty.

5.2

Returns & Refunds:
- Returns must be initiated within **14 days** of receipt.
- Buyers must return goods in original, unused condition and packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the Buyer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Refunds will be processed within **14 days** of receiving the returned item.
- We recommend using a tracked return service, as refunds cannot be processed for lost items.

6.1

Shipping & Delivery:
- Orders are typically dispatched within **1-2 working days** (Monday-Friday), except during busy periods.
- Estimated delivery times:
  - UK: 1-3 working days.
  - International: 5-14 working days.
- If your order does not arrive within **40 days of dispatch**, please contact us to investigate.
- If a parcel is returned as undelivered, we will attempt contact. If unclaimed after **one month**, we will refund the item cost (excluding shipping fees).

7.1

Digital Downloads & Event Tickets:
- No refunds available for digital downloads or event tickets unless the product is faulty or an event is cancelled.
- If you experience issues with digital downloads, contact support@databeats.com.
- Ticket name changes can be arranged up to **72 hours before an event**.

8.1

Fraud Prevention & Security:
- The Seller reserves the right to:
  - Request additional verification (e.g., photo ID) before processing high-value orders.
  - Conduct checks on orders flagged as potentially fraudulent.
  - Cancel and refund any order if fraud is suspected.

9.1

Prohibited Purchasing Practices (Bots & Scalping):
- The use of automated purchasing systems (bots) is strictly prohibited.
- Orders placed using such systems may be cancelled without notice.
- Offenders may be banned from future purchases.

10.1

Liability & Force Majeure:
- The Seller is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
- The Seller is not responsible for delays or failure to deliver due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions).
- Where an item cannot be delivered within **30 days**, you have the right to cancel for a full refund.

Privacy & Data Protection:
- We comply with **UK GDPR** and handle personal data responsibly.
- Your data is used only for order processing and customer service.
- We do not sell or share personal information with third parties without consent.
